Dan Nowaczyk, CHPP

Dan has 20+ years of experience in security management at various levels, and more than 15 years in the development and operation of successful professional businesses of all sizes. Dan has direct experience in developing growth, dynamic cultural shifts, and implementation of strategic initiatives in startup companies, franchise operations, and some of the largest companies in the world. Dan has held various positions in his career from Training Director, Project Manager, Portfolio Director, and Vice President titles that give Dan a unique perspective of all angles of business and what it takes for companies to be successful with a primary focus on dynamic leadership.

Dan has various certifications related to the security and training industries, including: 

- National Sheriff's Association Board Certified Homeland Protection Professional (CHPP)

- Verbal De-Escalation Instructor

- Civilian Active Shooter Instructor

- And 1,000's of hours of education and training through private, state, and federal entities.

Dan is also a Board Member on the Board of Directors for a local Habitat for Humanity chapter. In his free time, Dan enjoys volunteering, spending time with his family, home projects, and golfing.
