My Story

Katie has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Business Administration. Katie has spent her career developing strong HR programs and implementing outstanding HR teams across various organizations. Katie's experience covers time spent in various organizations from startup ventures through multi-million-dollar organizations and healthcare. Katie has a lot of experience working in all aspects of business administration, policy development and change implementation, benefit and payroll administration and program sourcing, HRIS setup and implementation, and financial management operations. 

Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with family, working on home improvement projects, and is an avid reader.
