Tanner Zielinski

Tanner has more than 15 years of experience in the security industry. Tanner has experience ranging from managing small local security programs to multi-state in-depth security programs with a high level of regulatory obstacles and compliance mandates that must be navigated. Tanner is an expert in security layout design and program development, specifically from his experience with one of the largest publicly traded cannabis companies in the world.

Tanner has many specialized security related certifications in operations and in retail/organizational external and internal theft and fraud investigations. Additionally, Tanner has a passion for staff development and training with special emphasis on active shooter response and workplace violence preparedness.

When not in the office or working on a client project, Tanner enjoys spending time with his family, tinkering with his show winning Mustang, and scuba diving.
